Tips for taking your measurements:
- Chest : Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape horizontal.
- Underbust : Measure just below your bust, where the bra band usually sits.
- Waist : Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, usually around your belly button.
- Hips : Measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks.
- Inseam Length : Measure from the crotch to the ankle, along the inside leg.
- Length (Dresses) : Measure from the top of the shoulder to the desired hem.
When to choose a size above:
- If you are between two sizes on the size guide.
- If you prefer more comfortable shapewear, with less compression.
- If your body shape is slightly fuller in the hips or waist than the measurements given for your height.
When to choose a size below:
- If you are looking for a very pronounced shaping effect and are comfortable with stronger compression.
- If your shapewear is designed with very elastic or stretchy materials, which fit well without creating discomfort.
Our Recommendation:
- Never choose a size that is too small , as this can not only be uncomfortable, but also create unwanted bulges and hinder the smoothing effect.
- Instead, choose your usual size based on our size guides. If you are unsure, opt for a size larger for more comfort.
Advice :
- Use a tape measure to take your measurements on the skin, without tightening it too much.
- If your measurements fall between two sizes, choose the larger one for better comfort.
